age 57 years, of Papillion, NE.Alan made his final journey to heaven on April 14, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 13, 1957 in Omaha, NE, to Gene and Helen Hinemeyer. He grew up in Overland Park, KS and graduated from Shawnee Mission West. He attended Alllen County Junior College where he played baseball.Alan is preceded in death by his baby brother Michael James; grandparents Blair and Ethel Botts and Agnita Hinemeyer; uncles Eugene and Sidney Botts.Survivors include his wife Susan Eastwood; daughters Michelle Folsom (David), Wendy Higgins (Chris); son William Higgins (Tammy); grandchildren Shelby, Tyler, Brieanna Rima, Kaleb, Dakota, Kennedy Grayce Higgins, Henri Alan Folsom; great grandchildren Paxton and Saleen Adele Weien; parents Gene and Helen Hinemeyer; brothers David, Tim (Sue) and Greg Hinemeyer; nieces Mallorie, Meghan (son Liam), Kate, Courtney, Stephanie Hinemeyer; nephew Jason (Jackie, and sons Jeran and Jace Hinemeyer).Celebration of Life Saturday, April 25th, 5:00 p.m. at Advent Lutheran Church (11800 West 151st Street, Olathe, Kansas).
