Allan was preceded in death by his parents Bud and Betty Penney; siblings Richard Penney, Terry Penney and Cindy Pike. He is survived by his loving wife Lucy Penney; children Steve (Shanonn) Dewitt, Michael A. Penney; grandchildren Dusty Dewitt, Lindsay Dewitt Lincoln Dewitt, Hunter Penney and Jordan Penney; great grandchildren Leon Dewitt, Silis Dewitt, Claire Dewitt, Kinsley Dewitt; brother Duane (Jody) Penney; sisters Nancy (Chuck) Moore and Diana Randels.
