Allen was preceded in death by his parents Raymond and Evelyn Kumpf as well as his brother Larry Kumpf. He is survived by his son Chris (Amanda) Kumpf; former spouse Patricia Kumpf; sister Judith (Richard) Janney; niece Shannon Janney; nephew Richie (Rana) Janney; and many more family and friends.
