Arlene was preceded in death by parents Emil and Georgia Jelinek of Wahoo, NE, and her beloved husband, Johnny Swoboda who owned Swoboda Music Center in South Omaha for 52 years.
She is survived by her 13 children Jolene (Mickey) Dalton, Sharon (Matt) Swanson, Phyllis (John) Kool, John (Jay) Joseph Swoboda III of Beatrice, Cathi Tierney, Patti Dunne, Jim (Patti) Swoboda, Teri (Steve) Schwarz, Tom (Linda) Swoboda of Park Ridge, IL, Conni Lane, Larry (Theresa) Swoboda, Tony (Jackie) Swoboda, and Margie (Mark) Forman of Cave Creek, AZ, 52 grandchildren, 87 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great grandchildren with another great-great grandchild on the way, and sister-in-law Jean (Bob) Evans, 2 nieces, and 2 nephews.
