Bernice Miklas (Koziol)

Bernice was born to Andrew and Catherine Koziol on Sept. 5, 1910 in Omaha, NE. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother Joseph, husband Stanley Miklas Sr., and son Stanley Miklas Jr. Survivors are her son Robert and daughter-in-law Mary Ann son James and daughter-in-law Carol daughter Margaret Ackerman of Astoria, OR 11 grandchildren 25 great grandchildren 2 great-great grandchildren brother Walter and sister-in-law Irene Koziol sister Helen Phillips of Pasadena, CA she has numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins Bernice was baptized at St. Francis Assisi Church, graduated from St. Francis School. She met Stanley Miklas Sr. and then married in St. Francis Church. She was a life-long member of St. Hedwig Lodge, a member of the Legion of Mary - California Chapter, and a member of the Polish Womens Alliance of America of Chicago, IL. Interment St. Johns Cemetery.
