He is survived by his parents Bryan and Joanne Stever; wife Amy Stever; daughters Elizabeth and Madelyn Stever; sisters Angie Lewis (Rob), Casandra Stever (Justin), and Brittany Buchanan (Matt); and nieces, nephews and other family.
