Chad is preceded in death by his grandmothers Shirley "Nana" McCollister and Iva Billings.
He is survived by his loving wife Polly; daughters Hannah and Ava; Parents Jim and Sandie Billings; brother Drew; nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
