Charles W. Sampley, Jr. passed away in Omaha on Saturday, January 6, 2018, at the age of 73 years.

Chuck was preceded in death by his parents, Charles Sr. and Josephine; daughter Jennifer; and grandson Wesley

He is survived by his devoted wife of 53 years, Beverly; sons Scott (Kim), Jeremy, and Stephen; sister Shirley (Jim) Neil; grandchildren Jesse, Mitchell, Schuyler, and Preston.
