Cheryl R. Renaud passed away on October 25 th at the age of 62 at Bellevue Medical Center surrounded by her friends and family. She was born January 4 th , 1960 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Cheryl grew up in Excelsior Springs, Missouri to loving parents Raymond and Beatrice (Lamb) Brown. She is from a very loving family that enjoyed playing baseball, riding motorcycles, and spending time traveling.
She married Michael Renaud in July 1983 and welcomed 3 children, Jennifer, Sean, and Melinda. They added to the family 2 loving spouses (Susan and Nichols) and 3 grandchildren, Dre, Brynlee, and Ryder. She loved her family fiercely and the protective Mama Bear would come out to defend everyone in times of trouble.
She enjoyed many hobbies and career paths over her life, including pottery, candle making, creating jewelry, and beading. Her later hobbies turned into a business that included making wreaths, door hangings, paintings, and lately sticker designs. Her career paths included being a stay-at-home mom when her children were younger, volunteering for the thrift store on base, telemarketing, medical billing, creating computer programs, and editing craft videos for others.
She was a very loving mother and wife, making sure that all her family and friends were well taken care of. She would offer everything she could to help someone in need and would reach out to others she knew were hurting. She had a very large personality and made sure that her opinion was heard whenever she had one that didn’t match the larger group.
