Daryl is preceded in death by loving Wife, JoAnn Grote of 63 years and parents Howard and Isabell Grote.
He is survived by Son Dan Grote (Candy Grote); daughter Nancy Smith (Jeff Smith); grandchildren Alaina Hughes (Chris Hughes), Brandon Smith (Kristine Smith), and Shannon Smith; and great - grandchildren Kyleigh Hughes, Brody Smith, and Harper Hughes.
