Survived by her loving husband of 36 years Billy J. Huff, Jr.; daughters Kelly Jo (Reese), Kathryn (Rodney) and Alison; niece Amy (Kimber); grandchildren Aiden, Jaxson, London, Cooper, Quinn, and Marilyn; father-in-law Bill (Jan) Huff; many other family and friends
Dee grew up in Grand Island. Before moving to Omaha and graduating from UNO with a degree in education. She worked for the City of Ralston for 13 years serving as Baright Public Library children's Librarian.
Known as "Ms. Dee" she worked with Ralston Public Schools to promote reading programs for children in the District. She served on the Ralston Board of Education for 4 years. Dee loved children.
In lieu of flowers, memorials requested to the family to establish the "Ms. Dee" Memorial Scholarship which will promote reading for the children in the Ralston School District.
