Denise was a light that shined through the hardest times. She loved to help everyone and always helped people in need. She had a passion to make people laugh. She is one of the most artistic and creative people you'd ever meet.
Denise loved her kids and grandkids with all her heart. One of her proudest days was her son's graduation. She loved jamming out and dancing to music with her grandkids.
She did not have an easy life but she made everyone around her happy and feel loved. She was the brightest light and would wash away the darkest days. She loved her friends and family with everything she had. She will be extremely missed.
She is survived by her daughter Alisha (Saif) Rahman; son Dalton Barnes; mother Joyce (William) Miller; grandchildren Kayleen Ortiz, Timothy Ortiz, Sofia Rahman, and Sakina Rahman; brothers Carl (Tara), Jr., Darren, Kevin, and Kyle; sisters Sheila, Shelly, and Janie; step-siblings Jan Miller, Darren Miller, and Cindy Gaines; and very special friend Dave Jarecki.
