Dolores was preceded in death by her husband of 71 years John J. Kaluza, Jr., parents John and Anna Vampola; sisters Anna Marie Chapman, Rose Mary Probst, Agnes Hajek, Mary Lou Johanek; brothers John, Joseph and Herman Vampola; grandsons Tim Hrabak and Kenneth Kaluza: daughter in laws Rowena Kaluza and Peggy Weeth.
She is survived by her children John Kaluza III, Peggy (David) Fischman, Karen (Dick) Creek, Terry Kaluza, Kenneth (Donna) Kaluza, Colleen (Kevin) Purcell; 17 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren; sisters Joan (Ralph) Vance (Norman, OK.); Jean (Ben) Garcia (Omaha), Kathleen Vampola (Scottsdale, AZ.); nieces, nephews other family and friends.
