age 69 years, of Omaha, Nebraska. Preceded in death by brother Jim McDowell. Survived by wife Sharon; children C.J. Dirks and Don Slick (Tina) Dirks; 3 grandsons; sister Jill McDowell; brothers Jack McDowell and Paul McDowell. 50 year member of Boilermakers Local Lodge #83 of Kansas City and life member of Vietnam Vets Motorcycle Club of Iowa. Celebration of Life Saturday, October 24th, 1:005:00 p.m. at the American Legion Post #1 (78th and Davenport - Omaha). Memorials requested to the family.
