died June 7, 2010, age 101, born in Elizabeth, Indiana on October 9, 1908. She is preceded in death by her husband of 72 years Lawrence Knauber; her son Kenneth Knauber of Omaha; her son Ronald Knauber of Littleton, CO; her sisters Virginia Hintz of California and Mary Jo Green of Arizona; and her brother Glenn Johnson of Los Angeles. She is survived by her son David (Phyllis) Knauber of Westminster, CO; five grandchildren; twelve great grand children, daughter-in-law Marilyn Knauber of Littleton, CO. Burial will be at Springwell Cemetery in Omaha. In lieu of flowers, donations should be made to the Salvation Army or the Denver Rescue Mission.
