He served his country nobly in the Army during Vietnam and later worked many years for AT&T as a communications technician.
Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Rose.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 50 years, Sandy; sons Andrew (Angie), Brian (Kari), and Kevin (Heidi); grandchildren Ashlie, Jace, Emily, Andi, Brenna, Bo, Aubrey; brother Donald; sisters Ginger Grider and Linda Bohac; many nieces, nephews, and friends
