age 96 years, of Omaha, Nebraska Elsie was born January 31, 1920 at Bloomfield, Nebraska, the daughter of Henry and Dora Vaderson Reisz. Elsie was baptized August 19, 1928 and confirmed June 14, 1942 at First Trinity Lutheran Church. She received her education in the rural schools of Knox County. On March 29, 1942 she was married to Leonard L. Benck. They made their home in Bloomfield until January 1968 when the family moved to Omaha and has been her home since. To this union, three sons were born, LaVerne Leonard, Kenneth Dean, and LeAlan Wayne. All three sons were born in Bloomfield. She leaves to mourn her passing sons LaVerne (Cheryl) of Omaha, Nebraska, Kenneth (Barbara) of Hot Springs, Arkansas and daughter-in-law Deanna of Council Bluffs, Iowa; 3 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, 6 great grandsons, 3 great granddaughters, and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Leonard and son LeAlan, 7 brothers and 9 sisters. Visitation at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church (7706 South 96th Street - La Vista, Nebraska) Saturday, November 26th, beginning at 10:00 a.m. with Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. all at the church. Interment Voss Mohr Cemetery. Memorials requested to the family.
