age 91, of Omaha December 22, 1917 - September 4, 2009 She was preceded in death by her husband Thad (Ted) Udovic parents Blaz and Rose (Gradicek) Cupich sisters Mary Kresnik, Catherine Pacholski, Jane Brachold and Sr. Mary Blaise R.S.M. brothers John Cupich, Blase Cupich, Steven Cupich and Matthew Cupich. Eva is survived by sisters Stella Sheehan, Rose Daniels, Ann Wilson; and brother Joseph Cupich;sisters-in-law Mary (John) Cupich and Mary (Blase) Cupich; Many nieces and nephews. Eva was a graduate of South High School (at the age of 16 as she liked to remind everyone???.valedictorian no less) and served proudly for nearly three years as a Navy Wave during WWII. She was a loyal, hard working employee at Mutual of Omaha for over 30 years. Many who were blessed to know her became life-long friends that she spoke of so fondly. Her family and departed husband Ted, to whom she was married for over 40 years, were so loved by Eva. She gave in so many ways to all of us without asking for anything in return. Most importantly, Eva was a woman of profound faith who trusted in the Lord to guide her in this life. She gave selflessly, generously, and in most instances anonymously whenever she could. There were truly scores of people who have been touched by Evas charitable heart. Although she will be missed tremendously by all who loved her in this life, we know that she is finally the one being taken care of and that the Lord already has her by His side. Losing Eva is devastating to all who loved her. She will be missed for as long as we are alive and we will remember how truly blessed we were to know and love her. In keeping with Evas generous spirit, the family requests all memorials be given to St. Judes Childrens Hospital (501 St. Jude Place-Memphis, TN 38105) or Masses. Interment St. John Cemetery. Military honors by American Legion Post 331.
