She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bukowski; sister Felicia Pawlusiak; and brother Fredrick Pawlowicz.
Frances is survived by her daughter Lorraine Vacanti; sons Donald (Carolyn), Jerome, and James; grandchildren John (Christine), Anne (partner Nate), Mike, Dennis, Kevin, Matthew; great-grandchildren Jonah and Ben; sisters Mae Skudlarek, Rita Stoysich, and Delores Fortwengler; many nieces and nephews.
