He was preceded in death by his parents Godfrey and Rose Chladek, and his son-in-law Greg Regets.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Mary Ann; his children Joan Chladek Regets, Jeffrey J. (Cheryl) Chladek, and Jay M. Chladek; and brothers Richard and James.
