age 80, Omaha, NE.Helen was born and raised in Omaha by parents Anton and Bernice Godek. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister-in-law Arlene Godek and brother-in-law Bill Tomcykowski. Helen was a graduate of South High School and Duchesne College in Omaha. She helped to shape the lives of many children as a result of being an elementary school teacher for 33 years, spanning schools in Denver, San Francisco and Omaha. She was an active member of the congregation of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and after retiring from teaching, volunteered her time at Bergan Mercy Hospital. She is survived by son Jim Noltimier of Fayetteville, GAgrandchildren Alexandra (Jeffrey) Noltimier Turner of Honolulu, HI, Hannah Noltimier and James "Cole" Noltimier of Peachtree, GAbrothers Frank, John (Mary Kay) and August (Barb) Godeksister Ann Tomcykowski all of Omahanumerous nieces and nephewsdear friends Regina Minton and Alice RotertVISITATION at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (32nd AveFrances St) Friday, December 13th, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. with Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at the church. Mass of Christian Burial Saturday, December 14th, 10:00 a.m. at the church. Interment St. John Cemetery.
