Henry Kammerer

Henry Kammerer was born on Tuesday, September 21, 1937, in Omaha, Nebraska to parents Karl and Edythe (Anderson) Kammerer and passed away in Omaha on Sunday, October 16, 2022 at the age of 85 years.

Henry was an avid golfer and bowler and continued these sports long after retiring from Union Pacific Railroad after 43 years of service.

He was preceded in death by his mother Edythe.

Henry is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Annette; sons Steven and Scott; daughters Kelly (Adam) Duracinski and Stacy (Andrew) Fries; grandkids Miller, Torsten, Henry, Cooper, and Auburn; brother Karl (Sally) and his family; sisters-in-law Barb (Tim) Hopkins and Diane (John) Barna and their families; many relative and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church or The Nebraska Children's Home.
