Janet was preceded in death by her parents Richard and Garland Parkhurst; brother Kevin Parkhurst; daughter Connie Cook; great grandchild Rudy Requejo, Jr.
She is survived by her children Janey Edds, Michael (Lori) Cook, Holly (David) Dera, Richard (Susan) Cook, Thomas (Gabriella) Thompson, Robert See, Sandy Davis; sister Melanie Hawkins; and many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
