Janyce Eileen Beal

Janyce Eileen Beal (ne Gaines) of Omaha, NE., passed away peacefully on April 21, 2022 at the age of 87.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 65 years Clark G. Beal; and her parents Louis E. Gaines & Eleanor M. (nee Griffith) Gaines/Robinson/Trane.

She had been employed at US National Bank, Bozell & Jacobs, and retired from Commercial Federal Bank after 25 years.

Born in Fairfield, IA. on May 2, 1934, Janyce was a loving Mother and grandmother who loved to sew, needlepoint, macrame, and crochet.  She and her family were members of the Mixed Masters and Gals & Pals Square Dancing Clubs, and she made all their outfits and more.

Avid Husker fan, 50 years through all kinds of weather, never missed a game!  In fact, almost got locked in because they wanted to watch the band leave each game!
