He was preceded in death by his parents Jerry J. and Janice Lewis.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Sandra M. Lewis; their children Justin (Angel Monaghan) Lewis and Amy Lewis; sister Julie Vance; nephews Ken and Josh (Hanna) Vance; great nephews Atticus and Oliver Vance and great niece Sky Ann Kalin.
