Joan was preceded in death by her Mother/Step Father Gladys (Tony) Cianciolo, Father Elmer Mattson, Sister Sherlene Mattson, HusbandRaymond D. Hutfless and Son Mark S. Hutfless

She is survived by her sons Raymond "Tony" (Theresa) Hutfless (Omaha, NE.) and Gary (Ruth) Hutfless (Omaha, NE.); daughters Raylene Svoboda (Van Buren, AR.), Lorrie (Barry) Ott (Thurman, IA.) and Linda Hutfless (La Porte, TX.); sisters Helen Cianciolo (Omaha, NE.) and Florence (Les) Scott (Omaha, NE.); brother Jerry (Vickie) Mattson (Clearfield, IA.).She also has many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Memorials have been directed by the family to Saint Jude Children's Hospital
