JoAnne Stever was born on Tuesday, December 15, 1953, in Union County, Kentucky to parents John and Elizabeth (Dunaway) Turner. She passed away peacefully at home in Ralston, Nebraska, on the evening of Monday, November 27, 2023, at the age of 69 years.
JoAnne was preceded in death by her parents; son Bryan Cody Stever; and beloved sisters and brothers.
She is survived by her loving husband, Bryan Stever; children Angie Lewis (Brian Dvorak), Sandy Stever, Brittany (Matthew) Buchanan; 7 grandchildren; and many dear family and friends.
