age 76 years, of Shawnee, Kansas.Retired employee of Union Pacific Railroad. Jack was the originator of the "Polka Kings" Polka Band and an original member of the "Polish Sausage 5 1/2 Polka Band. He loved nothing more than spending quality time at his home at the Lake of the Ozarks with his wife of 53 years and his grandsons.Preceded in death by parents Bernard and Louise; sister Harriett Zagozda. Survived by wife Angie (Kwapnioski); daughter and son-in-law Beverly and Kevin Oldani - Centennial, CO; grandsons Anthony and Branden Oldani; sisters Barb Ekler, Joann (Del) Kosch, Marie (John) Brentzel; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation Wednesday, December 2nd, after 3:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 7:00 p.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel.
