age 92, Omaha Born Oct 26, 1915 to Stanislaus and Emma Dauw. She often kept us entertained with her stories of growing up on their sugar beet farm in Colorado. One of her favorite memories was of she and her sister riding their saddle ponies to school. As a youngster, about twelve or so, Julia and her beloved ???pa brought all their worldly belongings across the mountains in a horse drawn covered wagon while ???ma and her sister rode to Kearney in comfort on the train. Eventually ending in Omaha, Julia married the love of her life ???Ease on Dec 31, 1934. She worked most of her life at Armours taking time off for the birth of their 5 children. After the closing of Armours, she worked for a short time at Gorats. Julias great joy was her family. She was loved by all who knew her and will be leaving a great void in all our lives, especially her family.
