Survived by mother Carol Martincik; husband Daniel; children Elizabeth Perez, Rachael Saniuk (Joel Anderson), and David Saniuk; grandchildren Jordyn and John Perez; aunt Roberta Martincik; uncle Don (Mona) Nechodom; many loving nieces, nephew and cousins; loving caregivers Ashley Chambers, Eryanna Clark and Laura Fassino.Visitation at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church (41st and J Streets) Sunday, March 12th, 4:006:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 6:00 p.m. all at the church. Mass of Christian Burial Monday, March 13th, 12:00 noon at St. Stanislaus Catholic Church. Interment Resurrection Cemetery. Memorials requested to St. Stanislaus Catholic Church Endowment, or to the ALS Association, Mid-America Chapter.
