Larry R. "Blue" "Bubba" Ingram

October 2, 1951 — July 30, 2020

Larry ("Blue") ("Bubba") Ingram was born October 2, 1951 in Omaha,NE to the late James and Kathleen (McBride) Ingram. He attended Sarpy Center school and graduated from Springfield/Platteview High School in 1969.
He was an avid sportsman participating in baseball, basketball, softball, football, hunting, and fishing. Larry loved the NY Yankees and his High School football team took first in State in 1968. Many of Larry's best friends today are from that team.

He enjoyed living on an acreage outside of Springfield with Lyn, and her son Matt. He loved gardening and caring for his animals who will definitely miss him, especially Tyson. Larry had been retired for just a few years where he was finally able to do his favorite things whenever he liked!

He also enjoyed spending his time working on trucks down the garage in Springfield with his good friend Jerry Latham. He also had weekly catch up phone calls with his long time friend Bob Palmer to reminise and laugh.

Everything about his hometown was in his heart. Going to the Sarpy County fair demolition derby with Lyns sister Peggy was an annual event that he truely enjoyed.

Larry is survived by his daughters, Shannon Hall (Tony Towles) and Lisa (Justin) Zimmerman; granddaughters, Haileigh Hall and Ava Zimmerman; Sister, Diane Bishop and friend Steve Stark, brother, Steve Ingram (Joan); niece Michele (Ben) Sharp and nephew, Tim (Katrin) Bishop.

Larry was always there for his family and his friends. He was happy to help them in anyway he could. He was a very loved man and we will all miss him very much.
