Leo Lawrence Garcia

Leo Garcia passed away on October 25th, 2024 in La Vista, NE. He was preceded in death by his father, Leo Garcia, his mother, Lucy Garcia, his brother Robert Garcia, and his wife of 46 years, Sheila Garcia. Leo is survived by brothers Benny (Jean), Roy (Josie), sister Sylvia Garcia-Silva, children David (Donna), Shannan, Keith: 5 grandchildren: Brandon (Lexie), Skyler, Nina, Cece (Cesar), William: 5 great-grandchildren: Joslynn, Griffin, Kinnzley, Phoenix, and Victoria. Leo was an E-3 Machinist Engineer in the Navy during Vietnam. When he left the Navy, he worked for Quaker Oats for many years. Leo enjoyed fishing, his '69 Roadrunner, singing Karaoke, playing cards, and winning at Keno! He loved his family greatly and helped many in times of need. Visitation to be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024 from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. at Bethany Funeral Home with a Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Cemetery The Family has requested no flowers memorials may be designated to the Garcia Family
