She was born April 20, 1920 in Omaha, NE, the daughter of Andrew and Stanistawa Majorek. She was a stay at home mom raising 5 children until she went to work for the Reynolds Company. She also worked at OPPD from 1974 until she retired in 1985. Loretta was a former parishioner of Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church and a previous member of the Legion of Mary and St. Vincent de Paul Societies. Survivors include her daughter Caryl Matson of Boulder, CO and a son Mark (Kim) Corcoran of Highland Village, TX. Loretta has 9 grandchildren and 9 great � grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bernard, sons Daniel Patrick and James Joseph, and her daughter Mary Sexton. Loretta was the last of 10 Majorek children. Visitation Monday, January 13th, after 1:00 p.m. with Vigil Service at 5:30 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Tuesday, January 14th, 9:20 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (36th and X St) for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers Masses.
