Lowell is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Arlene; and sister Lois Sestito.
He is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Karen Rehling; sons Dean Rehling and Steve (Kelly) Rehling; grandson Adrian; and nieces, nephews, and other family members.
