age 65, Omaha, NE. Lynda passed away Sunday, January 11, 2015 at Methodist Hospital. Born December 7, 1949 to Gary D. Solan and Marilyn Ramus. She was raised by her father Gary and mother Clarice Solan. Lynda married her first love Earl Benjamin Harland II in 1969 and had 3 daughters. Eileen (Jim) Schafer of Council Bluffs, IA, Shelby Harland (Ryan Barnett) of Portland, OR, and Kimberly (Frank) Rang of Boxelder, SD who lost her fight with lupus. Lynda then lost her fight with cancer 14 days later. Lynda is survived by her daughters and their spouses; grandchildren Patrick, Codey, Brittany, and Carlee Schafer, Corey and Steven Thompson and Tabitha Rang; great grandchildren James Benjamin and Kale Bentley; siblings Geri Young, John Solan, Charlie Boydston, Rick (Lilian) Anderson, Mary Jo (John) Ecis and Sherry (Todd) Vieth; many nieces and nephews. Lynda moved to Broadwater, NE in 1995 where she then met her second love Ralph Eitzen. They married in 1996 which gave her the honorable role as mother to his children growing her family that much larger. And shed have it no other way. She had a heart of gold, opening it to her children and those she considered her children, family and friends. She will be missed by all.Memorial Service Saturday, January 17th, 2:00 p.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Luncheon to follow at Pheasant Bar and Grill, 13909 S. Plaza in Millard, where we will celebrate her life.
