Mary passed away Monday, October 18, 2021 at her home in Papillion, Nebraska at the age of 85 years after being diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer on Wednesday, September 22, 2021.She passed away peacefully surrounded by several of her children.She was born December 24, 1935 in Omaha the daughter of the late Francis and Isabelle (McGoldrick) Sweeney.She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald G. Coufal, Sr.; parents; Brothers, Charles, Francis, Thomas, John and Michael; Sisters, Ruth, Margaret and Veronica;She is survived by children Jerry (Judy), Charles (Cindy), Debbie (Gene) Bredin, Mike, Colleen (Bill) McKay, Peggy (Bruce) Butterfield, Tom (Chris), Terry (Tracy) and Ray; 30 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; Brother Pat Sweeney; many nieces and nephews.
