Matthew Scott Slowik

Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents John and Dorothy Slowik and uncle Mike Slowik.

He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Susan F. Kemmish; children Patricia and Johnathan, siblings Jeremy and Sarah Slowik; parents John and Denise Slowik; grandmother Shirley Tingley; uncles Donald (Cindy) Slowik, David Slowik, Gary Slowik and Kavin Tingley; aunt Susan Slowik; and many more nieces, nephews, family and friends.
