age 99, October 23, 2010 Hon, Grandma Suess, Gram, Grandma Milton, Mildred, Mick, Princess, Mrs. Suess, and Aunt Millie were some of the many names she answered to when called to listen or offer good advice. Mildred was a Grey Lady for 25 years who wore many different hats, and helping others was one of them. Among her many deeds, she helped a Cuban refugee lady earn her college degree, she took in a young couple from Offutt Air Force Base and made them part of her family, and the many neighbors appreciated and could hardly wait for her homemade meals that she prepared for their Christmas parties. The vintage ???Attic Antique Shop??? in Plattsmouth was a business she proudly owned. She taught us such great values, to help others without them asking, to go to work and do your job, laugh at life and yourself, dont pass up a garage sale, and love the time spent with family. She touched many people in her 99 years and we were fortunate to call her ???Mom???.
