Preceded in death by infant son Jon; father Jerry Loucks; step-father Bill Stouder Jr.; brother Tom StouderSurvived by children Casey Loucks, Barbara Rajca, Justin (Paula) Rajca, and Kerri Rajca; 17 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; mother Barbara Slocum; brothers Gregg (Karen) Loucks, and Jim (Deb) Loucks; many other family members.Visitation begins Tuesday, April 14th, after 6:00 p.m. with Funeral Service 7:00 p.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel.
