Nancy Zagozda, born on February 19, 1958, in Denver, Colorado, brought an abundance of joy and warmth to the lives she touched. Moving to Ralston at a young age, Nancy quickly became a cherished member of the community, leaving an enduring mark on the hearts of those fortunate enough to know her.  Confirmed at Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church, Nancy's values of faith, kindness and compassion shone through in her interactions. Her spirit of warmth and empathy resonated with everyone she met.  Nancy had a deep love for the outdoors, finding joy and comfort in the being out in the sun. Her circle of friends meant the world to her, and she cherished every moment spent with them. Nancy's radiant smile and caring nature brought people together, creating lasting memories and fostering strong bonds.

On August 16, 2023, Nancy's journey came to an end, leaving behind a void that is deeply felt by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her memory is treasured by many whose lives were touched by her care free attitude and the special moments they shared.
A memorial service to celebrate Nancy's life will be held on Thursday, August 24th, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Bethany Funeral Home, located at 8201 Harrison Street, La Vista, NE 68128. This gathering will provide an opportunity for those who held Nancy dear to come together, share stories, and find comfort in each other', a strong bond with her family, friends, and a positive impact on the lives of those she encountered. As we gather to celebrate her life, let us find peace in the memories we shared and the love she spread throughout her journey.
