age 106, Papillion, NE.Opal was born in Maysville, MO on August 19, 1905.She attended schools in Fortescue and Mound City, MO.She was a dental technician for several years prior to hermarriage in 1930 to Chester L. Flowers of Clearwater, NE, who preceded her death in 1990. After her marriage, Mrs. Flowers was a homemaker in Tarkio, MO where sheresided for 65 years prior to moving to St. Joseph, MO in1996. She was a member of the Tarkio United MethodistChurch. Mrs. Flowers was preceded in death by her parentsEmory and Emaline Moorebrothers Lloyd, Delmar, Paul, and Noblesister Katie Noelsix nephews and three niecesSurvived by her forever dedicated niece, Jeanine MooreCaldarelli of La Vista, NE, daughter of her youngest brotherNoble, who was as devoted to Opal as she was to him duringhis 99 years. Also, surviving are nephews E.P. Moore - NJ,J.A. Moore - MO, niece Darlene Cain - MO. A loving and lifetime bond was also shared by Opal with DavidMcKinnon - Mesa, AZ, Brent Ranney - Mesa, AZ, and LarendaRanney - La Vista, NE.Opal was not blessed with her own children but she enjoyed and cultivated the friendships of many children who remained in contactas adults. Opal's sense of humor and love of life was also sharedwith many close friends in MO and NE.
