Patrick is survived by his daughter Alison (Mike) Domenge; grandson Sonny; fiancee Diane Long; brother Paul, Jr. (Sue) Zuger; sisters Suzie (Greg) Slunicko and Shirley (Clay) Monical; brother-in-law Dave Fuller; nephews and other family and many friends
