Peggy died quietly at her home in Bellevue, Nebraska on Wednesday, December 11, 2013 at the age of 80 years. She was born to the late Verle and Wilma Trively on February 23, 1933 in Shenandoah, Iowa. Peggy graduated from Randolph (IA) High School in 1950, and married Jacob L. Fritz Sullivan on September 8, 1953. They settled in Bellevue in 1959.In addition to raising five children with her husband, Peggy worked for most of her career at the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, retiring in 1995.Peggy ispreceded in death by son Phillip "Flip" Sullivan; great-grandson Xavier Mrsny; brother and sister-in-law Charles and Wava Trively.She is survived by her husband Jacob "Fritz"; children Deb (Dave) Mrsny - Omaha, Donna "Joanie" Stroud and her partner Sonny Weber - New Holstein, WI, Tony Sullivan - Jacksonville, FL, Kathy (Dan) Krutina - Bellevue; 11 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; sister Nancy (Larry) Heaton - Council Bluffs, IA; brothers Vance (Phyllis) Trively - Randolph, IA; Randall (Carole) Trively - Council Bluffs, IA; many nieces and nephews. Visitation Friday,December 13th, after 5:00 p.m. with Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Funeral Saturday, December 14th, 9:20 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel to Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (36th and X Streets) for 10:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial. Interment St. John Cemetery.
