Pete was Mayor of Papillion from 1990-1998. During that time, he was awarded the 1996 Excellence in Public Service Award. He was very proud that he served his community as a public servant for over 20 years. He was the owner of Nebraska Pest Control for many years. The business has since been carried on in the family to pay homage to Pete.
Pete very much enjoyed spending time at home with his loving partner, Mitzi, his two dogs and cat. Over the past couple of years, he also enjoyed his monthly lunches with his Fraternity brothers. Pete cared so much for others and he touched so many lives. He will be dearly missed and forever loved.
Pete's Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity at UNO Delta Chi Chapter Brothers would like to honor him by hosting a Celebration of Life, open to the public, on Wednesday, October 14, 2020 from 1-5pm at 1691 State Highway 133 Omaha, Nebraska 68142.
