Philip is preceded in death by his parents Don and Eileen Smiley; wife Remedios Smiley; and brothers Pat and Peter Smiley.
He is survived by his brother Jim (Laura) Smiley; sisters Mary "Sid" (William) Marx, Libby (John) Duncan, and Monica Smiley; nieces, nephews, and other family.
