Passed away peacefully Saturday, March 13, 2010 at his home in Bellevue, Nebraska at the age of 46 years.Born Wednesday, March 20, 1963 in Council Bluffs, Iowa to parents Jacob ""Fritz"" and Peggy (Trively) Sullivan. In addition to his parents, Phil is survived by his daughter Erin; sons Matt, Connor, and Chandler - all of Bellevue; sisters Debbie Mrsny and Dave - Omaha, Donna "Joanie" Stroud and partner Sonny Weber - New Holstein, WI, Mary Kathryn ""Kathy"" Krutina and husband Dan - Bellevue; brother Tony Sullivan and partner Brad May - Jacksonville, FL; 7 nieces and nephews; 5 great nieces and nephews; special friends Rose and Sal Zoucha - Bellevue,Preceded in death by great-nephew Xavier Mrsny. Visitation at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church (36th and X Streets) Tuesday, March 16th, 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. with Vigil Service 7:00 p.m. at the church.
