Richard is preceded in death by his parents Carl & Erma Miller; and brothers Marvin & Bob Miller.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Mary Miller; children Scott & Kevin Miller; brother-in-law Bob Gohr; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.
