age 86 years, of La Vista, Nebraska.Died Monday, August 15th, at 7:27 p.m. at Immanuel Medical Center in Omaha, Nebraska, surrounded by family after a struggle with pneumonia and a stroke. He was born July 3, 1930 in Lansing, Michigan to Claude Lawrence and Esther Marie (Griffin) Croy. He married Beverly Jane (Austin) Croy July 26, 1957 and together they have two sons, David Lee and Steven Ray Croy. Robert served two branches of the military, both the US Navy and Air Force, and then a 30 year career with the United States Postal Service. Robert was a quiet man, but he loved and cared for his family deeply, and all of them know how much they were loved and cared for. He will be greatly missed. Bob was preceded in death by parents Claude and Esther Croy; as well as brothers Jack Douglas Croy and Tom L. Croy. He is survived by wife Bev; sister Barbara Judge; sons David (Cindy) and Steve Croy; granddaughters Erin Saint Croy, Jessi (Chris) Farris; Alli Croy, and Lauren Croy; great grandson Henry Farris. Cremation, no services will be held.
