Survived by daughters Lilaneya Goorhouse (Kevin) and Nancy Coufal (Terence); son Phil Green; grandchildren Castle, Kala-Anne, Tyler and Danyella Mlejnek, Elizabeth Goorhouse, and TJ Coufal; sisters Christine Jacobsen-Bucy and Jean Gliwa. Visitation Wednesday, August 24th, 6:008:00 p.m. Funeral Service Thursday, August 25th, 10:30 a.m. Bethany Funeral Home Chapel. Interment Graceland Park Cemetery.
