Ronald "Bear" Kintzle was adored since birth, born the last of 4 children to his parents Lloyd and Irene he was spoiled by his older sisters Shirley and Joann and taught how to have fun by his older brother Rich.He was a proud graduate of Omaha South High School in 1967.He worked hard all of his life, no matter what he was doing or who he was working for.
He was a devoted father to his two sons, Nick and Nate. They treasured their time as kids cheering for the Huskers, playing sports, going on family vacations, and riding around with dad going anywhere and everywhere.
Seeing his sons get married, Nick to Katie in 2008, and Nate to Kaylee in 2018; were two of his proudest moments as a father. He was so excited to be able to celebrate their marriages with them!
As circumstances changed later in life, he continued to provide all he could for his two sons and they were grateful to be able to help him in the final stages of his life and enjoy their time together.
In addition to his sons, his pride and joy were his two granddaughters, Olivia and Lainey. He laughed along with them on every birthday, holiday and special family gathering and their time with Grandpa Ron will be in their hearts forever. Lainey loved visiting Grandpa at St Joseph Tower because she knew he would say "yes!" when she asked to have one of his popsicles. Olivia loved talking to him about her successes in school and her athletic endeavors. They both knew how proud Grandpa was of them.
Bear was unforgettable, a friend to everyone. He made an impression on everyone he met.People still ask his children if "they know Bear?" He was memorable and lovable, someone that made you laugh and smile every time you were in his presence, everyone will miss Bear.
